Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with Dental Service Organizations (DSO) and government organizations, serving as their primary point of contact for all business-related matters.Analyzes market data and internal metrics to develop & implement strategic planDevelop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectivesUnderstand customers’ requirements & needs and collaborate with internal departments, such as sales and marketing to ensure the quality of product and services.Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to internal stakeholders.Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions in collaboration with the sales team.Participates on assigned committees and meetings to provide ongoing feedback using market data and industry trends

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field; MBA preferred5 years of experience in account management in healthcare fields2 years of working experience at Dental Service Organizations or DSO relatedExceptional analytical and conceptual-thinking skillsThe ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutionsExcellent technical and communication skillsExperience using customer relationship management (CMS) softwareExperience creating detailed reports and giving presentationsCompetency using Microsoft Office SuiteA track record of following through on commitmentsExcellent planning, organizational, and time management skillsBENEFITS:
