Relationship Manager III

Under general supervision, but in accordance with established lending policies and procedures, receives and reviews the commercial banking needs for Corporate Clients.How You Will Make An ImpactSolicits business from potential and existing customers (outside and inside bank location) to include loans, deposits and treasury management.Interviews commercial applicants and processes loan requests.Analyzes applicant’s financial status and credit to determine feasibility of granting loan.Prepares appropriate loan documentation and verifies loan agreements are complete and accurate according to bank policy.Maintains and grows client relationships.Manages a portfolio of commercial loans.May have to work through stressed credit situations with clients.Provides and maintains a professional, business-like atmosphere within the banking division.Represents the financial institution in public relations activities and community affairs.Periodically aids in project-related opportunities in the corporate bank.Has the ability to become a trusted advisor to clients.Mitigates Risk for the Company and the Client.Who You AreExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Sales oriented.Strong desire to be part of a winning team.EducationBachelor’s degree with an emphasis in finance preferred.ExperienceA minimum of 6 - 8 years experience in a financial institution as a commercial lender.Knowledgeable of laws and regulations applicable to lending practices.Proven track record of developing new business and successfully managing a portfolio.CharacteristicsRegular and reliable attendance.Works cooperatively with others.Strong interpersonal skills.Ability to present opportunities clearly and concisely to a committee.If your experience aligns with this description, please consider applying.
