Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Understands and responds to internal guests needs. Communicates in a friendly, respectful and understandable manner. Politely gives consistent, timely and accurate information and finds answer when unsure. Uses outlined service behaviors when encountering guests. Meets expected service delivery times as defined by department's service standards or as required by receiver of service or goods. Is a team player, cooperates with employees within the department as well as other departments. Speaks positively about the company, co-workers and guests.

Under the direction of the Lounge Head Technician, responsible for setup and operation of A/V component equipment for lounges, company meetings, conventions, private parties, etc., as needed. Responsible for maintaining A/V components and all lounge equipment. Responsible for the operation and daily update of all in-house monitors and programming for all intercom and telephone music systems. Responsible for the supply and set-up of audio/visual equipment for in-house parties and conventions. Assists in the inventory control and upkeep of all audio/visual equipment; i.e., VCR's large screen televisions, monitors. Performs electronic repair on all audio/visual equipment. Provides technical equipment and assists in the filming of in-house videos. Audible and visually determines accurate function of technical equipment to ensure appropriate results are obtained. Provides maintenance and programming of all large screen television for employee and guest lounges.EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Should have three (3) years experience as a Lounge Technician..
