This team is actively prioritizing acquisitions and plans to continue being acquisitive moving forward. The Corporate Development Senior Analyst will have the opportunity to work on execution as well as strategy, while gaining extensive exposure to C-Suite Executives.Corporate Development Senior Analyst will be responsible for:Working on all parts of the acquisition projectsResearching and sourcing M&A targetsRunning the diligence processCommunicating with C-suites and other executives across the businessCorporate Development Senior Analyst should have the following qualification:2+ years Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Private Equity, or related fieldKnowledge of either the Oil & Gas, Energy, Renewables, Water industries, etc.Knowledge of the full M&A process from beginning to endBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related fieldExperience working within midstream O&G (preferred)If you are interested in the
