This opportunity would suit a self-starting, highly motivated individual seeking a career challenging opportunity.ResponsibilitiesAchieve personal financial targets and budget, maximise gross profitEnsure delivery of timely and high quality advice and transactions to clientsMeet with clients and assess their particular needsManage the team and ensure set objectives are set and metRegister and manage applicantsArrange and attend viewings around homesCanvass for new business opportunitiesExplain building issues and regulations to the clientsRespond to queries via e-mail and telephoneLiaise with solicitorsResponsible (sometimes jointly) for successful delivery of all assignments in area of expertiseHigh profile ambassador for Strutt and Parker / BNP Paribas Real Estate in area of expertiseHas external recognition and is influential in the marketUndertake business planning activities in line with the company’s aimsBill regularly and collect fees as quickly as possibleAccurately forecast fees for the office when required to do soAssist in developing initiatives to improve revenue and profitabilityAn understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretionPerson specificationQualifications:Educated to GCSE level or equivalent as a minimumExperienceExcellent telephone manner and client facing skillsSignificant track record within the local residential sector with a broad cross section of clientsProven fee earnerSelf starter and can work with little supervision and, where appropriate, under pressureDemonstrate a knowledge of the market which you operate withinStrutt and Parker is committed to providing a work environment that fosters diversity, inclusion, and equal employment opportunity without regard to race, colour, gender, age, creed, sex, religion, national origin, disability (physical or mental), marital status, ancestry, sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression, or any other legally protected status.
