(BCA) is looking for a

Quality Multi Family Manager

(Level K) to support the team based out of

North Charleston, South Carolina . In addition, shares knowledge and experience all while guiding and supporting members of the work group Position Responsibilities: Performs management activities across multiple (2 or more) Quality Management Job Families Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies Provides education and coaching on the Quality System Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers, and direct reports Manages, develops, and motivates employees This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5+ years of experience inspecting aircraft/aerospace parts, components, and/or assemblies for conformance with applicable drawings, specifications, quality standards, and manufacturing plans 3+ years of team leadership (Formal/Informal) experience Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 3+ years of 787 Program Experience Exhibits Boeing Behaviors 3+ years of Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience Relocation:
