The position comes with a lot of resources and varies in casework.

Job Responsibilities
Representing clients who have suffered personal injuries in legal proceedings, ensuring their rights are protected and they receive the compensation they deserve.
Managing and leading litigation cases from inception through to resolution, including case evaluation, strategy development, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial.
Making regular court appearances to advocate for clients, presenting clear and persuasive arguments.
Providing expert legal advice to clients, explaining complex legal concepts and processes in a clear and understandable way.
Conducting thorough and detailed investigations to gather all necessary evidence for each case.
Staying up-to-date with changes in personal injury law and Lemon Law, applying this knowledge to current cases.
Collaborating with other members of the legal team to ensure the best possible outcome for each client.
Qualifications
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
Active member of the state Bar in good standing.
Extensive experience in personal injury litigation, including managing and leading cases.
Demonstrated expertise in Lemon Law.
Proven track record in case settlement negotiations, with a history of securing favorable outcomes for clients.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal arguments clearly and persuasively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing a high-volume caseload while maintaining a high level of quality.
