Recommends training needsMonitors store for theft and security risksUnderstand store concept, and adhere to all company policies and procedures including safety guidelinesDevelop a marketing strategy and arranges displays to ensure customer satisfaction and drive growthPlace ordersPrepare sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information; identifying and investigating customer complaints and service suggestionsKeep store inventory at proper merchandising levelsHelp customers by providing information, answering questions, obtaining merchandise requested, and completing payment transactionsMaintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standardsCreate a positive, safe, and clean work environmentMust be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 poundsAbility to work evenings and weekendsSkills and Abilities :3 + years retail store sales experience preferredProven track record in sales generationDemonstrated leadership skills to positively influence and educate others on your teamDemonstrated customer service orientationProven ability to build and maintain relationships and generate sales in personSuccessful presentation and problem solving skillsAccurate and professional written and verbal communicationStrong organizational and planning skillsDriven to meet goals and generate resultsProficient in Microsoft Office software, and ability to use Point of Sales System (POS)Education :High School diploma or GED requiredBachelor’s degree or some college preferred
