Onsite Auto Services & Sales Inc. is looking for an experienced Auto Glass Shop Manager. Pay is determined based on experience.Auto Glass experience requiredManagement experience preferred but not requiredAs an Auto Glass Shop Manager, your job will include:
Working with QuickBooks and Square for payment processing/invoicingProviding customer service in person and over the phone/emailSchedule customer appointmentsRecruiting, interviewing, onboarding, & training new Glass Techs and Customer Service RepsControlling and documenting inventoryBalance registers, close out invoices, and potentially make bank depositsPlacing product orders and physically restocking inventory as necessaryConducting quarterly employee evaluationsSupporting other team members with duties such as responding to customers questions and repairing/replacing glassManaging vehicle maintenance and managementAuto Glass Shop Managers need to meet the following requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 poundsMust be able to maneuver around vehicles to position yourself safely during installationsMust be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turningMust be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessaryMust have a valid driver’s licenseMust have basic computer operating skillsJob Type: Full-time

Commission payAbility to commute/relocate:
Idaho Falls, ID 83401: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)We replace windshields, door glass, rear windows, regulators, automatic window motors and windshield wipers. We also offer rock chip repair and mobile service or in our shop.
