We are seeking an experienced Senior .Net Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of our web applications and services. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to deliver scalable and robust solutions that enhance our management systems and client services. This is a hybrid role and will require 2 days onsite to their Chicago office.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET technologies (C#, SQL and .NET Core)Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of managing and mentoring development teams.Strong experience in deploying in AzureProficiency with creating CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.Experience with front-end technologies such as Typescript and AngularProficiency with SQL and experience working with databases such as SQL Server or MySQL.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.Passion for technology and a drive to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.What You Will Be Doing
