Social Work - Psychologist OR LCSW | LPC Hinsdale, IL (30 min W of Chicago)We are looking for a motivated and experienced Therapist to join our practice part time or full time in Hinsdale, IL. Ideally, we are looking for a Therapist with experience outside of training, who is reliable, compassionate, and a team player who is looking to collaborate with a group of dynamic providers to give our patients the most comprehensive care. The incoming therapist ideally has training with Cognitive behavior therapy and training in ERP (exposure and response prevention) for OCD or a willingness to learn. In this position, the therapist will work with a mixed population of both adults and children. We will consider a Psychologist, LCSW Licensed Clinical Social worker and LPC’s.About us:We have been providing care and proudly serving the community for almost 30 years. We have a team of MD’s, PhD’s, LCSW, and LCPC who collaborate to provide the highest level of care.Job Duties:Therapeutic Services:
Provide high-quality individual psychotherapy.Assessment:
Conduct psychological assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and determine appropriate treatment plans.Collaboration:
Work closely with the clinical care team, including treating physicians, psychiatrists, and other care team members, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.Treatment Planning:
Collaborate in the creation of individualized treatment plans tailored to the patient's needs and circumstances.Progress Monitoring:
Adjust treatment plans as necessary and ensure a coordinated approach to care.Requirements:PhD in Psychology or Doctor of Psychology Degree (PsyD), Licensed Clinical Social worker, or Licensed Professional Counselor LPC.Licensed by the State Board to provide therapy in IL.Minimum 1 year experience as individually licensed practitioner.Training with Cognitive behavior therapy and training in ERP (exposure and response prevention) for OCD or a willingness to learn is a must.Schedule:Monday through Friday (full time) or Part time.Compensation:$70k-$100k (Depending on collections and training) W-2 position with benefits for full time for the right candidate.Benefits (full time W2 employee):PTO|Vacation.Health Insurance.Potential for Productivity Bonus.401K.Malpractice insurance.Vision and Dental insurance.CME reimbursement.Full administrative staff support.Potential for Telehealth options.We’re looking for a therapist to join us within our knowledgeable and well-respected group.
