Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questionsSchedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth processRespond to all buyer client phone calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer serviceHelp clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involvedRefine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessaryQualifications:
Willing and able to spend a lot of time drivingPresent yourself in a professional mannerSelf-motivated and able to perform tasks independentlyTechnologically proficient and able to learn new programs with easeStrong knowledge of the local real estate marketActive and current CA Real Estate LicenseProven track record of success as a real estate agentStrong communication, customer service, and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentReliable transportation and ability to drive to show propertiesPositive and professional attitudeAbility to work well in a team and independentlyProficient in technology and social media platformsWillingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if necessaryAbility to work well under pressure, and meet deadlinesCompensation:
$20 - $25 hourly
