Our auction platform empowers brokers, sellers, and buyers with data-driven technology and comprehensive marketing tools to expand their reach, increase certainty of sale, and decrease time to close.As a Sales Executive (Account Executive) at Ten-X, you will:Prospect and engage potential clients – brokers and sellers by educating them on the product, tools, and services available to them through the Ten-X auction platform and process.Partner with clients from onboarding to auction sale, ensuring and delivering flawless execution while collaborating across the organization to provide seamless process, white glove customer service, and generate future opportunities.Travel required:

Travel throughout your respective markets is required, as well as travel outside of your market including conferences, trainings, etc. will be expected 25% of the time.Training:

At CoStar Group, you will receive a world-class onboarding experience that includes a robust training program designed to ensure our Sales Executives have a deep understanding of the Ten-X platform, the Commercial Real Estate industry, the broader CoStar business, and how our products and platforms provide value to our clients.RESPONSIBILITIESManage relationships with commercial real estate brokers, sellers, and buyers throughout the sales lifecycle.Become an expert of the Ten-X end-to-end transaction platform and processes to ensure you are a consultative partner to clients when recommending the appropriate product.Have complete ownership of the full sales lifecycle; including prospecting, pitching, onboarding, servicing, and closing.Gain a thorough understanding of clients and their needs while building strong lasting relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.Prepare and conduct detailed presentations & demos of our product suite and services for clients and prospects.Evaluate and underwrite prospective clients; including their commercial real estate properties and assets.Represent Ten-X by hosting and attending industry events and networking with commercial real estate professionals.REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSA completed bachelor's degree from an accredited, not for profit university is essential.5-7 years of successful full-cycle sales and account management experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment selling CRE, financial securities, fintech/proptech, business intelligence or data & analytics.Demonstration of commitment to prior employers.Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales quotas – we hire the Top 10% in their field.Dedication to building lasting relationships and leveraging your network to source and approach key stakeholders and decision makers.Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills; our clients trust us with their most valuable assets and our sales team takes extreme care in executing transactions flawlessly so that we can keep and build on that trust.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Our broad-ranging solutions require clear, concise communication tailored to the relevant audience.Flourish in a dynamic, innovative work environment; we are fast-paced & creative and expect our Sales Executives to move quickly and precisely to seize opportunity.Ability to regularly drive for extended periods and intermittently throughout the workday.Regular and consistent access to an operational motor vehicle prior to the start date.Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license; satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check is required prior to the start date.
