The DarkStar Group is seeking a SIGINT Analyst with a TS/SCI + Poly clearance (applicable to this customer) to join one of our top projects in Dulles, VA. Below is an overview of the project, as well as information on our company and our benefits.

THE PROGRAMThe DarkStar Group is a member of 100% of the winning teams for the largest technology program in the Intel Community. We've been supporting this customer on many different sub-projects of this program since our founding in 2013. The RoleAs a SIGINT Analyst, you will leverage your specialized technical expertise to facilitate cyber operations and intelligence collection, contributing to the success of mission owners.

Role Overview:

As a key member of our team, you will provide expert analytical support, working closely with mission owners to address complex challenges in areas such as computer network analysis, digital network intelligence, dataflow, access development, and target network analysis. Your role will require a deep understanding of ports, protocols, networking devices, and common exploitation frameworks.

This position offers a unique opportunity to expand your expertise, develop new skills, share methodologies and tools with fellow analysts, and play a crucial role in offensive cyberspace operations that are vital to national security.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience performing SIGINT analysis

Familiarity with Intelligence Community SIGINT production organizations, data flow, and architecture

Knowledge of encryption techniques, routing, network infrastructure, and CNO processes and capabilities

Proficiency in using demodulation, signal processing, and network processing software and tools, as well as SIGINT query APIs and databases

Experience interacting with IC partners

Understanding of the OSI layer stack, including layers 1 and 2

Broad knowledge of telecommunications technologies

Ability to assess network vulnerabilities and identify key network topologies

Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence and Security Studies, Cryptography Analysis, Cybersecurity, or Computer Science

Desired Skills (Optional)

Experience in implementing and troubleshooting dataflow and SIGINT production architecture elements

Proficiency in programming languages for scripting and automation, such as Python or C++

Experience with vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, and networking standards and protocols

Background as a formal instructor or trainer in relevant technical disciplines such as 450, 451, 452, or JCAC

Relevant technical certifications
