Urban AdvenTours/Urban Cycles in Downtown Boston is looking for hard-working and positive individuals who want to be part of a 14-year-old bike company that is growing and expanding in downtown Boston and in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont.Located in the North End/Waterfront, we specialize in high-end, quality bike rentals and unique bicycle tours of the Boston area, with an emphasis on customer service. Complimenting these offerings is our full-service bike shop which offers convenient services with the bicycle commuter in mind. We are known for our fun and friendly attitude and our ‘I Bike Boston’ branded goods which help support the local cycling community.Full time, Part time, and Seasonal positions available. Tour Guide and Boston Cycling AmbassadorIf you love bikes and riding in Boston, then this is the perfect job for you! No tour guide experience required. We hire cyclists who are outgoing, friendly, hardworking, and knowledgeable about safe riding in an urban environment. Guides will be responsible for groups of 2-25 and must be able to safely lead and entertain our guests throughout the busy streets of Boston. Must have urban cycling and customer service experience. A love of history is a plus.Customer Service Associate/Boston Bike ConciergeIf you are ready to interact with people across the globe, get visitors out on bikes, and maintain a high level of customer service, Urban AdvenTours wants you! We are looking for multiple individuals familiar with Boston who are ready to take ownership of our front desk and serve as the first line of contact for our customers.Sales AssociateKnowledgeable about the latest and greatest new bikes and accessories? Attention to detail is paramount to success.Marketing AssistantWe are looking to hire a qualified candidate to assist in our extensive marketing and sales projects.
