SierTek Ltd. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support an opportunity in the Washington D.C. area.
Essential Job Functions
Assist with developing and implementing initiatives that will assist with streamlining internal organization and program processes. Provide business process reengineering and/or applying lessons learned by utilizing previous reports/studies. Tasks also include, but are not limited to:
Reducing multiple redundant/inefficient entries and internal processes
Eliminating processes that reduce cross-functional awareness
Developing and maintaining budget crosswalks
Centralizing data sources
Increasing automation
Reducing inefficiencies in existing technologies
Improving document metadata
Instituting a governance process
Provide support in developing, testing, improving and maintaining new and existing databases that will help users retrieve data.
Provide support with integrating budget, financial, acquisition and procurement changes across all of the program's data sets and dashboards.
Assist with daily reviews and maintenance of procurement and planning documents.
Provide support with developing dashboards and other data visualization techniques to integrate program datasets.
Minimum Position Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience managing or directing a Technical Program involving business process development and data analysis.
Must have a SECRET Clearance.
