Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Sales to join our team, focusing on postproduction services across VFX and CGI sectors. The ideal candidate will have a robust track record in bidding for high value creative postproduction work and developing a robust pipeline of VFX and CGI work.

Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion:

Must leverage existing relationships in the creative studio, broadcast, OTT and feature film space.Showcase a proven ability to convert new clients and close deals within the first 90 days.Sales Strategy and Execution:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our market presence in the VFX and CGI sectors.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the creative studio, broadcast, and OTT space.

Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our service offerings and market positioning.

Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and production, to ensure alignment with client objectives and successful project delivery.Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

Qualifications:

Established relationships within the creative studio, broadcast, and OTT space.Minimum of 8 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the post-production industry.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
