Assist attorneys at the CAVA Law Firm in Coral Gables, Florida with preparing and drafting legal documents.Manage e-filing and coordinate schedules for meetings and court dates.Maintain effective communication with clients, providing updates and collecting necessary information.Perform legal research and analyze data to assist in case preparation.Oversee and organize documents with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.Utilize MyCase or TimeSlips for case management and time-tracking purposes.Provide support for bankruptcy law, civil litigation, and civil estate cases as needed.Qualifications:
Minimum requirement of 2-3 years working as a paralegal in a professional setting.Possession of a Paralegal certificate or an Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field (equivalent experience may be considered in place of certification).Skilled in e-filing procedures and proficient in preparing legal documents.Must be fluent in English (native) and Spanish (B2+).Thorough understanding of legal practices and procedures.Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.Proficiency in using MyCase or TimeSlips software.Experience with eDiscovery and litigation technology is a valuable asset.Compensation:
$70,000 - $85,000 yearly
