The Oracle EBS Program Analyst will assist with Oracle EBS Development, Order to Cash Module, Finance Module, Stock Management, Power BI Reporting, Linux and Shell Scripting, Business Partner Collaboration, Analysis and Solution Design, Technical Analysis and Troubleshooting, Code Review and Optimization, Integration and Interface Development, Customization and Extensions, Documentation, Collaboration and Communication, Performance Monitoring and Optimization and other areas as assigned.

Responsibilities:

Oracle EBS Development:

Design, develop, and implement customizations, extensions, and enhancements to Oracle EBS applications, emphasizing advancements in Order to Cash, Finance, and Inventory modules.Utilize Oracle EBS development tools such as Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Workflow.

Order to Cash Module:

Sales Order Processing: Enhance and optimize the sales order processing workflow, ensuring efficient order entry, validation, and approval processes.Pricing and Discounts: Implement and improve pricing structures, discounts, and promotions to meet business requirements.Shipping and Fulfillment: Streamline shipping processes, order fulfillment, and tracking for improved customer satisfaction.Invoicing and Revenue Recognition: Customize invoicing processes and ensure accurate revenue recognition aligned with business standards.

Finance Module:

General Ledger: Enhance General Ledger functionalities for improved financial reporting and compliance.Accounts Payable: Develop solutions to streamline accounts payable processes, invoice approvals, and payment processing.Accounts Receivable: Improve Accounts Receivable processes, credit management, and collections for efficient cash flow.

Stock Management:

Optimize stock management, inventory valuation, and cycle counting processes.Procurement: Enhance procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier collaboration.Order Fulfillment: Improve order fulfillment workflows, including pick, pack, and ship processes.

Power BI Reporting:

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into Order to Cash, Finance, and Inventory modules.Integrate Power BI with Oracle EBS data sources for seamless data visualization.

Linux and Shell Scripting:

Proficient in Linux operating system, including shell scripting for automation and system administration tasks.Implement and maintain batch processes and system integrations using shell scripts.

Business Partner Collaboration:

Work closely with business partners to gather and understand requirements for Oracle EBS enhancements and customizations.Document business requirements, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements Analysis and Solution Design:

Analyze collected requirements and propose effective solutions within the Oracle EBS environment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proposed solutions meet business needs.

Technical Analysis and Troubleshooting:

Conduct in-depth technical analysis to identify and resolve issues related to Oracle EBS applications.Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and other IT teams.

Code Review and Optimization:

Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Optimize existing code and workflows for better performance and scalability.

Integration and Interface Development:

Develop and maintain interfaces between Oracle EBS and other systems/applications.Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between different systems.

Customization and Extensions:

Customize and extend Oracle EBS modules to address unique business requirements.Stay abreast of Oracle EBS updates and patches, incorporating them into the system as necessary.

Documentation:

Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, test plans, and user guides.Train end-users and other team members on new features and functionalities.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on project status and issues.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

Monitor the performance of Oracle EBS applications and implement optimizations as required.Proactively identify and address potential bottlenecks and performance issues.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS development and analysis.Proficient in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Workflow.Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and modules.Experience with Oracle EBS R12 and knowledge of Fusion Applications is a plus.Power BI reporting skills with the ability to create meaningful visualizations.Proficiency in Linux operating system and shell scripting.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Remote eligible if outside of the Houston, TX area. Hybrid eligible after initial 60 days onsite if in Houston, TX area. Travel to HQ in Houston, TX may be required as necessary.
