CPM:

50-56 cents per mile based on experience

Detention Pay:

$16 per hour after 2 hours

Short Haul Pay:

$25 plus mileage pay if under 100 miles

Breakdown Pay:

$75 per day

Stop Pay:

Extra stop pay $30

Holiday Pay:

$700 for 7 holiday opportunities
