Position Overview:
Norman USA is seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Specialist with excellent copywriting and digital content experience. This role involves taking the lead on promotional strategy and delivery, as well as producing writing assets for our website, print materials, and videos. The ideal candidate will work closely with our merchandising and design teams to create engaging print and digital content for new product launches, promotional materials, and social media posts for our brands available at national retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the merchandising and graphic design teams to create print and digital content for product launches, promotions, and internal communications to the nationwide sales team.
Plan and deliver engaging content for social media, newsletters, and websites.
Support the updating and optimization of content on multiple websites.
Develop innovative marketing campaigns based on data analysis and present recommendations to management.
Prepare presentations with data to support marketing plans and direction.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Resourceful and adaptive team player.
Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment and flexibility with direction changes.
Strong time and project management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
High-quality writing skills, including writing for SEO and social media.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or project management tools.
Familiarity with video platforms such as YouTube and Vimeo.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in interior décor, online retailers, or nationwide retailers.
