Manager, Sourcing , your expertise, vision, and strategy will allow you to create businesses in the
Toys
department at Walmart. You will have the opportunity to develop complex sourcing strategies for existing products while also working with Product Developers to create innovative products.What you'll do:Build and manage comprehensive Private Brand sourcing strategy and supplier matrix.Communicate with retail teams to align, arrange buy trips, and manage critical issues during the order execution process.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth product development process.Develop and maintain supplier relationships, including account management and project management.Demonstrate awareness of global trade developments for assigned geographies.Manage the oversight of sourcing and operational issues regarding costing and quality.Lead identified sourcing opportunities to ensure suppliers' capability.Drive RFP/RFI/RFQ, negotiate price, and develop alternatives.Partner with Merchandise Quality Engineers on problems related to quality.Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards.Lead sourcing initiatives/projects with cross-functional partners.You’ll sweep us off our feet if:You have a passion for developing successful businesses.You can build strong relationships with those around you.You are data savvy and can analyze business fundamentals.You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.We would love for you to have:Global experience in Sourcing or Procurement.Bachelor’s degree in related field.3+ years’ experience in retail, manufacturing, or sourcing industry.5+ years’ experience in retail or major brand.Benefits & Perks:

Other great perks include 401(k) match, stock purchase plan, paid maternity and parental leave, and UNLIMITED PTO.The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain or related area.3 years’ experience in sourcing.Bilingual in English and one or more language used to transact business in assigned country.Project Management certification.Preferred Qualifications:
