Full-timeJob Type (exemption status): Exempt positionSalary Range: 203,150.00-287,800.00Business Function: Supply ChainThe Senior Director, Global Supply Chain Transformation is responsible for the strategic leadership, business transformation, and enabling high performing teams for end-to-end supply chain including integrated business planning, demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, production scheduling and supply allocation. This is a highly cross-functional role providing strategic alignment across sales, business units, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics fulfillment, as well as managing all crucial aspects of the supply chain processes.This key member of the Leadership team will lead the development/implementation of business-focused supply chain initiatives throughout the organization as well as identify global supply chain solutions that create sustainable competitive advantages in cost, cash, quality & service levels.Key Responsibilities

Business Transformation:

Strong supply chain planning knowledge & expertise in implementing strategy and transformational Supply Chain projects.Customer focused:

Partner with cross-functional teams to innovate and transform the business models and improve internal and external customer experiences.Time to market:

Identify, prioritize, and execute on strategic growth initiatives in Supply Chain.Initiative and ownership:

Ability to act with limited oversight on a day-to-day basis, balancing multiple priorities.Highly analytical:

Experience decomposing and solving real-world business problems.Natural problem-solver:

Solve operational problems impacting operating margin.Effective communications:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts into actionable recommendations.Execute across disciplines:

Ensure the business operates as successfully as possible.Minimum Requirements
