Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIESProvide a secure and trusted environment of enterprise ICAM capabilities where people, applications, devices, systems and platforms can securely access all authorized resources based on mission need Perform Authentication, Authorization, and Access Management, including Directory Services Management.Manage an array of core material capabilities, solutions, and processes to enable FBI enterprise-wide digital identity, authentication, authorization, and collaboration capabilities. These include identity lifecycle management and governance, conditional access, device management, advanced security, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)/credentialing systems, and on premises and cloud-based productivity services/applications; to include email and communications platforms.Manage Federation Services and Trust Relationships.Responsible for enterprise-wide digital identity, authentication, authorization, and collaboration capabilities. This includes all aspects of development/engineering, from envisioning and conception to implementation and integration.Secure sensitive data from unauthorized access.Integration activities will include all necessary aspects of delivering new capabilities to include, architecture, installation, software analysis, code development, documentation, testing, security, and interoperability with existing systems and/or components under the Agile development framework.Provide escalated Tier-4 support for the program/system infrastructure.Monitor, update, and track the Tier-4 ticket queue in accordance with the SLA metrics.Assist users, other solver groups, and stakeholders with resolving Tier-4 incidents and problems.Engineer, administer, maintain, and utilize systems and applications related to digital rights and PKI infrastructure.Complete projects using Agile processes and methods and Confluence tools.Update SOPs, user training FAQs, and other documentation as needed.Support the change management procedures, including testing and hardening systems for Certification and Accreditation (C&A).REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSActive Top-Secret security clearanceBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceAt least five years of experience with digital identity, authentication, authorization, and collaboration, or relevant associated areasOverview
