Atlas Tech, a rapidly expanding company supporting the US Military and other Government entities, is seeking a passionate, flexible, highly motivated team player to join our group of Information Technology professionals. If you are comfortable in intense fast paced environments, can think on your feet, and excel in team-based collaborative efforts, then this may be the right fit for you.We are seeking an Infrastructure Support Engineer in the San Antonio, TX area with experience supporting a large network infrastructure. This is a hybrid position; 4 days teleworking and 1 day on-site.Working Hours : 2:30pm - 10:30pm (second shift), with 4 days telework and 1 day on-site.Salary Range:

$75,000 - $110,000, depending on experienceYou Will:Provide Tier I/II help desk support for all tenants in the DHA networkTriage issues and resolve and/or escalate them to the appropriate network teams for remediationEngage with internal and external customers to provide status updates on network issuesTroubleshoot issues with a variety of different network devices and protocolsWork in a team setting and make recommendations related to troubleshooting, device configuration, and documentationDocument projects, support actions, and other administrative artifacts to serve as reference material for related support activities and management staffEnsure incidents and service requests adhere to established service level agreementsYou Have:U.S. CitizenshipA minimum of a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret level Security Clearance5+ years relevant experience in supporting a large network infrastructureA strong working knowledge with Routers, Switches, Firewalls, and Virtual Private Network devicesA good understanding of TCP/IP regarding routing and subnettingExperience with the following Network protocols and services:

Routing Protocols (OSPF, BGP)Access Control ListsLayer 2 SwitchingSpanning TreePacket Analysis

Good written and oral communications skillsA can-do team player attitude that can work under pressure and prioritize taskingWillingness and ability to work shifts to cover 24x7 operational environmentEducation:IAT Level II

Security Certification (CCNP Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SCCP)Cisco OS Certification
