The Sourcing Manager will manage competitive bids, RFQs, negotiations, and resourcing activities to drive category growth, flexibility, speed to market, and profitability.Responsibilities
Manage competitive bids, RFQs, and negotiations.Develop financial models and reports to monitor and enhance profitability.Provide financial guidance to cross-functional teams.Offer cost options and financial plans to product development and merchandising staff.Align business needs with vendor capacity to ensure on-time delivery.Formulate vendor matrix strategies based on product roadmap and innovation needs.Evaluate and review vendor performance data.Set and achieve goals for vendor improvement.Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.5-7 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.Must have Retail Experience.Required Skills
