Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staffAdvise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of actionConduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motionsArgue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedingsAnalyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategiesQualifications:
Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervisionWell-versed in legal research software (Westlaw/Lexis)Graduation from law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree and experience in representing clients for at least 2 yearsCommunication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills requiredCompensation:
$100,000 - $150,000 yearly
