Innovation Project Manager to join our Learning and Development team . This position will enthusiastically create momentum and alignment with key stakeholders and leadership team to take innovations projects from concept to completion.As the Innovation Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving transformative projects across the organization. Your primary focus will be identifying opportunities for innovation, implementing new technologies, and methodologies. This position will be an integral member of the Learning and Development team and will report directly to the Director of L&D.Key Responsibilities:Innovation projects at H2M range in size, scope and complexity and are paramount to support our culture and position as a leader in the delivery of A/E services. The Innovation Project Manager will be responsible for oversight and coordination of all the innovation activities and projects at H2M.Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute innovative projects that drive business growth and enhance our competitive advantage.Oversee the development and implementation of pilot projects to test new ideas and concepts.Manage and implement innovation projects selected for execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Serve as a thought leader and advocate for innovation both internally and externally, fostering a culture of innovation, encouraging all employees to think creatively and take risks.Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their learning needs and priorities, ensuring alignment with project objectives.Create prioritization criteria including a framework for employee resources, budget and timeframe.Develop a routine status report(s) for CEO and other members of the executive team.Evaluation and Measurement:Establish metrics to measure the success and impact of innovation initiatives, and regularly report on progress to key stakeholders.Innovation Strategy:Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for innovation in learning, aligning with organizational goals and staying abreast of industry trends.Evaluate and implement new learning technologies and platforms to improve learner engagement, efficiency, and effectiveness.Change Management:Implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of innovative solutions across the organization.Process Improvement:Identify inefficiencies in current learning processes and recommend and implement solutions to streamline operations and improve outcomes. Identify areas for more improvement and adjusting strategies when necessary.Education and Qualifications:Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.Experience:
Proven experience in project management, particularly in leading innovation or technology-driven projects within a learning and development context.Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with timelines and budgets and the willingness to shift priorities based on business needs.Business Acumen and Entrepreneurial Mindset: point person for data analysis used to inform business recommendations and decisions.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Strategic thinking and ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans.Ability to motivate and influence people across all levels of the organization.Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the management team that provides overall company leadership and direction.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and shift priorities based on business needs.Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.Certifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is desirable.The
salary range
for this role is $95,000 -
$125,000 annually.The employment offer may deviate from this published range
based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, specialty, knowledge, education, geography and/or related certifications – not related to any applicant’s characteristics
protected by local, state or federal law
