The Director of Business Development is responsible for maintaining progress for both government and commercial business opportunities.Duties
Develop and implement a comprehensive partnerships and business development strategy aligned with the company's goals and growth objectives.Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential strategic partnerships and business opportunities that align with our product offerings and target markets.Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including utilities, technology/vendor partners, industry associations, and government agencies to identify collaboration pathways.Lead the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, joint ventures, and strategic alliances to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and enhance product offerings.Oversee the use of C2P and coordinate the evaluation of business opportunities.Requirements
8+ years of experience in Federal business development is required.5+ years of experience working in a small business federal contractor environment is required.Experience working in the DoD market segments.Excellent stakeholder engagement capability, able to engage with people at all levels, challenge in the face of resistance and achieve momentum despite competing priorities.Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, set priorities and successfully deliver on commitments.Exhibits organizational collaboration, the ability to partner across organizational lines and work cooperatively within and outside one’s own organization. Supports key decisions and promotes a spirit of teamwork to demonstrate a unified commitment to the customer.Relevant experience in the successful management of major and complex business change programs.$160,000 - $180,000 a year#J-18808-Ljbffr
