The role will be responsible for eliciting, documenting, maintaining, and communicating requirements and processes for data-related projects for the Transportation, Telehealth, and Maternal Health program areas.Basic Qualificationsrequirements elicitation via in-person meetings or document analysis and research,meeting agenda creation, meeting minutes capture and dissemination,data project design documentation drafting and maintenance.Fiscal CreationBusiness analysis experience is preferred.Primary responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree requiredExperience with SQL and relational databases required; experience with Python, R, Tableau, or other programming and visualization languages preferredDatabase architecture and data management experience a plusArtificial intelligence and/or machine learning experience a plusAbility to translate technical specifications and communicate in clear manner to broad audienceWork independently and collaboratively in a team environment to move data quality projects forwardExceptional verbal, written, and time-management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word required; experience with SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, and Visio preferredEducational Background:The successful candidate will possess a strong educational background in Computer Science or a related field and/or up to 5-6 years of relevant work experience.Compensation for roles at Staffing Solutions Organization LLC (SSO) varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.As required by applicable law, SSO provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role.
