This role demands a dynamic professional to manage our comprehensive squash programs for both youth and adults, emphasizing a culture of excellence and enjoyment in every game and lesson.Key Responsibilities:
Elevate the squash experience for members and guests with exceptional service and professional attention.Lead and expand our squash programs, including daily play, clinics, individual and group lessons, and special events.Develop and nurture partnerships with two of the area's leading private schools, enhancing our junior programs and fostering developmental pathways for aspiring young athletes.Organize and administer tournaments, manage court utilization effectively, and ensure the highest safety and maintenance standards.Drive continuous improvement in squash coaching techniques and member engagement.Collaborate with the club's leadership and racquets committees to align with The Creek's strategic goals.Skills and Qualifications:
Proven expertise in increasing squash participation at a community or club level.A passion for teaching squash to a diverse demographic, from juniors to seniors and beginners to advanced players.An accomplished background in squash, ideally in both singles and doubles play.Outstanding communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and a high emotional quotient.Ability to foster a team environment and work collaboratively with other club professionals.What We Offer:
