They are looking for a technically strong, visionary leader to help build out the Greenville and Greer areas. The philosophy of this business is to operate as a tight-knit group, always willing to help each other out, and they are looking for someone who operates from a 'customer and employee first' mentality to lead the team.Responsibilities:Grow the business organically through sales and expand the residential business and geography.Lead key client relationships and grow sales.Answer technical questions and handle the administrative functions of the branch, including P&L.Create the vision for the office and devise creative solutions to grow divisions.Build team unity and assist the team as needed.Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position will possess at least 5+ years of experience in HVAC with leadership skills (residential or commercial). The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess strong organizational and customer service skills. They should also be willing to dive in with the team and help if needed.Compensation:
