Sales Management & Coaching:

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet branch and company goalsProvide ongoing coaching and training to loan officers to enhance their sales skills and product knowledgeMonitor and evaluate loan officers' performance, providing feedback and development plansConduct regular sales meetings to motivate and inform the team about new products, policies, and market trends

Loan Origination:

Take over the personal origination production from the Branch Manager’s referral partnersManage the end-to-end loan origination process, including application intake, documentation, underwriting, and closingEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

Referral Partner Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners to drive business growthDevelop strategies to expand the referral partner networkProvide exceptional service to referral partners, addressing their needs and concerns promptly

Operational Support:

Assist the Branch Manager in the overall management of branch operationsEnsure efficient and effective branch processes and workflowsSupport the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance productivity

Leadership & Development:

Serve as a role model and leader within the branch, promoting a positive and collaborative work environmentFoster a culture of continuous improvement and professional developmentAssist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new loan officers and staff members

Customer Service:

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service throughout the loan processAddress customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

Having an NMLS license is not required, but is preferredExcellent customer service and communication skills and willing to go above and beyond for customers and teamCollege degree in finance or banking preferred. High school diploma or equivalent requiredProficiency in MS Office required; CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferredAt least 5+ years of professional office environment required, preferably as a loan officer assistant or mortgage assistantCompensation:
