Account Director, Healthcare

StudioNorth, North Chicago, Illinois, us, 60086

We're looking for a seasoned marketing account executive who wants to take an A-list of healthcare accounts, add to that list, and take our healthcare practice to the next level of impact in the marketplace.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, strategy-focused, boldly creative environment, we have the perfect role for you. We're looking for that blend of strategic thinking, relationship development, and account leadership. A "unicorn" of sorts, you'll bring the best out of StudioNorth's incredible discipline experts/leaders to exceed client expectations for results, bold brand impact, and distinctive market positioning.

The Account Director role is critical to growing client revenue and SN's portfolio of successful, high-value marketing programs in healthcare, pharmaceutical and healthcare IT sectors, from mid-market to global corporations. The position's primary responsibility is taking ownership of our clients' needs - from proposal to creation of results. Successful Account Directors have the experience, professionalism, diplomacy and commitment to excellence required to build lasting relationships with even the most senior marketing executives.

Strategic Account Directors lead internal teams, especially with our largest clients. Under your guidance, teams will clearly define, recommend, and execute well-documented programs that drive distinctive results. Account Directors are superior at balancing expectations and goals of client objectives while building a healthy, productive SN team environment. This requires a firm grasp of marketing strategies (from branding through campaign execution), leadership, listening, guiding, setting expectations and delivering results.
