Description

Players Development Host will focus attention and efforts on providing high value guests with a top-notch, entertaining experience during each and every trip to Seven Feathers Casino Resort. Build guest loyalty by engaging guests, promoting property amenities, evaluating and issuing complementaries, and ensuring priority service and response with every request.

Represent the Players Club Team as a memorable personality for guests and team members alike that others desire to learn from, be around and engage with; maintain a friendly, professional disposition while constantly displaying respect, positivity, and providing excellent conversation.Work to achieve goals related to building Players Club membership, making contact with guests, and increasing return visits and play from all database segments as determined by Player Development Manager and Director of Marketing.Proactively engage in telemarketing, email, text, floor contacts, etc. with high value guests to ensure goals are met or exceeded.Approve requests for complementaries based on recent and historic play calculations, complimentary allotment and availability as well as expected profitability.Facilitate casino promotions as necessary; remain flexible with work schedule to be available for special events and promotions, both on and off property.Be knowledgeable of all casino promotions, events, offers and specials, and be able to explain them to guests; strictly abide by all Policies, Procedures, Internal Controls and standards of Seven Feathers Casino Resort and Marketing Department.Maintain correspondence to foster positive relations. Be accessible to high value guests by phone, text, email, etc., as well as other members of Casino Players Club Team.Become familiar with high value hosted guest accounts, and manage and update as necessary.Greet all guests on casino floor; foster relationships and promote the use of the Players Club card, and Players Club membership.Make enthusiastic promotional announcements on casino floor emphasizing fun atmosphere.Anticipate needs of arriving high value guests, and if possible, meet their request in advance.Evaluate high value guests for eligibility to receive VIP concert and special event tickets as a tool to entice return visits and reward recorded recent play.Work closely with Hotel, PBX, Food and Beverage and other departments to coordinate high value guest arrivals and accommodate requests.Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all areas, with emphasis on protecting guest information. Decline from disseminating trade secrets, planning and promotional procedures, and/or information regarding upcoming events.Provides constructive input to foster process improvement within the Casino Players Club Team. Be an active and engaging team member of the Marketing Department, contributing ideas and offering solutions to improve promotions and events.Requirements

High School Diploma or GED Certificate required. Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.3-5 years' experience in a gaming occupation strongly preferred. Experience in a similar environment will be considered.Experience in Guest Services or strong exposure to handling guest/customer relations required.Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and guest relations skills.Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPointFamiliarity with IGT Patron Management, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, preferred.Excellent grammar, spelling, and writing skills.Must be able to maintain composure and make effective decisions in stressful situations when dealing with challenging circumstances.Ability to work positively within constantly changing internal and external environments.Must be able to multi-task, possess strong time management and organization skills, as well as possess excellent guest service skills.Able to work flexible hours, various shifts, holidays and weekends with ability to work without supervision.Title 31 Certification required.Must be able to obtain a Class III Gaming License.Current and valid Drivers License with the ability to qualify for the UIDC's Drivers Program.
