About the Role
As the Director of Product for Integrity, you'll own the entire Fraud, Trust and Safety space at DoorDash and drive the product strategy and execution to bring this vision to life. This leader will be responsible for both the long term product strategy as well as execution:
You will be expected to apply your deep expertise and keep your finger on the pulse of industry best practices, benchmarks, and the latest product approaches to bring true innovation.
You will report to the Head of Customer Experience and Integrity Product, and you will be an essential partner to our Management Team and Product Leadership Team.

Compensation
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location.Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

About the Role
As the Director of Product for Integrity, you'll own the entire Fraud, Trust and Safety space at DoorDash and drive the product strategy and execution to bring this vision to life. This leader will be responsible for both the long term product strategy as well as execution:
- Fraud: Keeping DoorDash and our customers financially safe and preventing bad actors from committing fraud on our platform
- Safety: Keeping DoorDash customers physically safe and out of harms way
- Trust: Ensuring that DoorDash knows who our customer are and we're able to ensure all actions on the platform are done by authentic and known users
You will be expected to apply your deep expertise and keep your finger on the pulse of industry best practices, benchmarks, and the latest product approaches to bring true innovation.
You will report to the Head of Customer Experience and Integrity Product, and you will be an essential partner to our Management Team and Product Leadership Team.
You're Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will:
- Build a risk platform that centralizes data, rules, ML and anomaly detection and is extensible throughout DoorDash
- Partner closely with our payments team to launch new payments businesses (Dasher products, Gift Cards) while driving down payment abuse such as chargebacks
- Drive customer and financial outcomes by reducing Dasher, Customer and Merchant abuse in our marketplace
- Create new ways for us to know who our users are in a manner that is low-friction and least disruptive.
- Innovate on new-to-the industry products like SafeChat+ that keep our customers safe
- Manage, develop, and hire a team of all-star product managers.
- Drive the product definition, strategy, and long-term vision.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams of designers, operators, data scientists, and engineers.
- Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to all audiences - within teams, to the management team, etc.
- Deep domain expertise in Fraud, Trust & Safety.
- A track record of impact - you've been in the trenches and have a proven track record of driving significant, company-wide impact.

- Strong leadership and maturity to build (attract, hire, retain) and scale a world-class Product organization.
- Proven ability to create clarity and focus in complex and ambiguous problem spaces; prioritization and pragmatism.
- Demonstrated experience in building the team necessary to fulfill the strategy. Proactively involved in recruiting, mentoring, and developing team members.
- Customer and experience orientation.
- 5+ years of experience managing PMs.
- 8-10+ years of relevant PM experience.
- 5+ years in a fraud, risk or payments product
