Critical Mass is hiring a Sr Project Manager to work in our LA office! $100,000-$120,000 USD

You will:
- Collaborate with the team to align with project objectives and leverage client insights
- Engage in client and internal meetings, providing valuable insights and updates
- Craft compelling client materials that convey project progress and outcomes
- Execute projects meticulously, adhering to established procedures and client expectations
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions
- Proactively identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate potential project risks
- Skillfully develop and manage project budgets, revenue, purchase orders, and invoices
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative team environment, fostering creativity and excellence
You have:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in managing various digital project types, including marketing campaigns, design production, and creative automation, with a focus on paid social, banner ads, mid-funnel, and lower-funnel strategies - agency experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methods, and techniques
- Quick decision-making abilities and adeptness at implementing solutions
- Advanced negotiation, communication, writing, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a receptive attitude towards feedback
- Experience managing internal and partner agency teams in an IAT environment within a fast moving setting
- Demonstrated ability to carry conversations with clients around scope, schedule, and budget as well as roadmaps, objectives, and strategies
- Proven presentation, management, and facilitation skills
- The ability to stay focused on driving goals, especially in high-pressure situations
Nice to have:
- Agency experience
- Previous experience in client services role would be highly beneficial
- Familiarity with Celtra is a plus
