Position HighlightsSchedule: Three days per week, no evenings or weekends"Quality vs. Quantity Model" - Typically see around 20 patients per dayCollaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of health care providersDedicated support, so clinicians can focus on practicing at full scope of licenseScheduled weekly administrative timeThis position does not require call or urgent care shiftsComfortable seeing patients of all ages, primarily adult medicine, chronic disease management, annual wellness checksAppointment schedule: 40 minutes for new consults and 20 minutes for in office visits, screenings and follow-up appointments

The salary range for this role is $249,728 to $355,092 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
