Associate Director, Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics (CPP)

located in Spring House, PA or Raritan, NJ. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the company.The Therapeutic Area (TA) Clinical Pharmacology (CP) Associate Director role will apply and promote clinical pharmacology expertise including the design of clinical pharmacology components of studies, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD) analysis and reporting, and application of model-informed drug development (MIDD) principles to programs in all stages of development.Key Responsibilities:Devise clinical pharmacology and model-informed drug development strategy using quantitative methods.Translate quantitative knowledge into strategic opportunities with key partners.Plan, perform, and/or provide oversight for appropriate analyses of PK and/or PD data.Prepare and deliver clinically robust pharmacology strategies for development candidates.Manage and/or supervise operational elements of CPP studies.Define regulatory strategy for CP and prepare contributions to regulatory documents.Represent CP in relevant external regulatory meetings.Stay abreast of clinical pharmacology and drug development processes.Work effectively in a matrix environment, managing CP deliverables.Foster a collaborative and innovative working environment.QualificationsEducation:PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Clinical Pharmacology, Biomedical Engineering, or relevant Biological Sciences.Experience and Skills:6 years of experience in pharmaceuticals or related fields.Advanced understanding of PK, PD, and/or Translational Medicine.Understanding of advanced analysis methods and modeling tools.Solid understanding of US, European, and Asian regulatory requirements.Good oral and written communication skills.The anticipated base pay range for this position is $135,000 to $232,300.
