This is what you will do:

The Director, IT Business Partner - Omni-Channel will be a strategic partner for the US Commercial Organization in building Omni-channel technology roadmaps aligned with the U.S. Commercial Leadership’s priorities. This position will play a pivotal role in pulling through Alexion’s Omnichannel vision, driving personalized orchestrated experiences across sales and marketing channels in support of HCP customer outreach. The individual will develop strategic relationships within the Business Operations Omnichannel Strategy team and the U.S. Business Systems and Field Excellence team to partner with them in achieving and exceeding business objectives!We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is seasoned with implementation and vendor management, and can proactively contribute to redefining our IT Omni-channel roadmaps and vision. You will be working with cross-functional teams and must be able to effectively navigate between Business and IT partners to achieve your goals.This role will report into Head U.S. Commercial IT and will be responsible for collaborating in a matrix environment across multiple It teams. This individual will work closely with both business and IT teams to ensure Omnichannel solutions deliver maximum competitive advantage through all channels!You will be responsible for:

Serve as a focal point and IT leader for the US Commercial organization and cross-functional partners for omni-channel projects and programsOwning the IT Omni-channel customer roadmap including orchestration and customer data platforms to orchestrate data-at-scale and assist the business to deploy and document the right tactics (Non-Personal vs. Personal Promotion) to targeted customer groups at the right timeIntegrating the right technology solutions to allow for automated omnichannel orchestration, including but not limited to MDM, CRM, Data warehouse, CDP, etc.Reviewing in detail SOWs and providing IT feedback on updates and changes and helping to inspire changes to completionLeading and tenaciously prioritizing features, capabilities, or enhancementsEnsuring that all system changes are developed and tested with quality in mind and rolled out with a clear communication and organizational changeBecome a champion of agile by attending scrum meetingsBeing an integral member of agile team by attending meetings for backlog grooming and sprint planning, in collaboration with the scrum masterPartnering with multiple Commercial stakeholders in Omnichannel Strategy, various IT teams in operations and data, Business Operations, Marketing, Reporting and Analytics and Compliance to complete our visionLead the investigation into additional capabilities such as digital asset management, asset tagging, consent and building a preference center.Will partner with Global Omni-channel teams to align on enterprise level operational roadmapsChampion agile methodologies and collaborate with multiple Commercial partners in Omnichannel Strategy, various IT teams in operations and data, Business Operations, Marketing, and ComplianceYou will need to have:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Sciences, IT7 to 10+ years supporting multichannel/omnichannel marketing strategy, campaign planning and execution, and CRM execution experience from either the IT side or businessDemonstrated track record in managing sophisticated cross-functional IT environments, successful project delivery, established business relationships across multiple business areasDemonstrated ability in implementing, managing, or improving Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or related) platformStrong experience in CRM and/or Salesforce.com/VeevaProven track record developing and driving omnichannel marketing campaigns to achieve outstanding results, demonstrating data-driven strategic thinking, experimentation, customer orientation, and operational excellenceExcels in business process optimization and business requirements gathering with a focus on how to build scalable systems and processesStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability with advanced Excel or equivalent software skills for data analysisExcellent presentation and communication skills with ability to interact with senior management including advanced PowerPoint skillsStrong project management, delivery, and risk management skillsStrong Vendor management experience including onshore/offshore, including the ability to evaluate new software and suppliersUnderstanding of SDLC guidelines, corporate compliance, and government regulationsWe prefer you to have:

Pharma/Biotech industry experience a plusConsulting experience in strategy, management a plusCRM, MDM, and Operations experience (Veeva and Salesforce technologies are a plus)MBA is a plusExperience with next best action (NBA) programs and AI or Gen-AIKnowledge about SDLC and Agile Project managementThe annual base salary for this position ranges from $148,759.20 to $223,138.80. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles) or to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
