For this position we need someone with experience in the Financial area.Responsibilities:Requirements Gathering and Documentation : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.Agile Methodology : Apply Agile methodologies to facilitate iterative and adaptive planning, fostering continuous improvement and efficient project delivery.Financial Services Expertise : Utilize your deep understanding of the Financial Services industry to provide insights into industry best practices, compliance, and regulatory requirements.Workflow and Process Flow Analysis : Analyze and optimize business workflows and process flows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Data Mapping and Data Flow Analysis : Conduct comprehensive data mapping and data flow analysis to ensure accurate and efficient data movement across systems.Integration Between Different Systems : Facilitate the seamless integration between diverse systems, ensuring smooth data transfer and system interoperability.Transactional Systems Experience : Bring expertise in working with transactional systems, understanding their intricacies, and ensuring their alignment with business objectives.Proficient English Communication : Communicate effectively in written and verbal English to convey complex technical concepts to various stakeholders.Distributed Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively in a distributed team environment, leveraging communication tools and methodologies to ensure effective collaboration across geographical locations.Requirements for this challenge:Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Financial Services industry.Expertise in Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.Strong understanding of workflow and process flow analysis.Proficient in data mapping and data flow analysis.Experience with integration between different systems.Familiarity with transactional systems and their functionalities.Fluent English language skills
