Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Other duties may be assigned.Define and document the product vision and roadmap in consultation with the business stakeholdersFacilitate and drive alignment among key stakeholdersDocument requirements and specifications for existing and new productsManage cross-functional teams including designers, developers, QA analysts, and potentially external partnersCreate and maintain release schedules including early prototypes, through minimum viable product (MVP), to the first and subsequent releasesEnsure assigned product initiatives are delivered within scope, schedule, budget and quality levels are consistent with customer expectationsCoordinate with IT architects to align product and platform architectures and capabilitiesBring the product to market by ensuring the company is prepared to deliver and service the product throughout its life cycleCoordinate with DevOps team to ensure product is continually monitored and maintainedDefine, track and communicate key product performance indicators as required to track business resultsMaintain compliance with all legislative/statutory obligations and company policies (PCI, ADA, and PII, etc.)Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Utilize root cause and impact analysis, interviews, focus groups, and other data gathering techniques proficientlyDemonstrate advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite including, but not limited to: Word, PPT, Excel, and ProjectEmploy Project Management techniques, tools and methods proficientlyEducation/Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent background. 5-10+ years of relevant technology experience including mobile application and website development. 3+ years working with agile software delivery teams (preferred).Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:NoneLanguage Ability:Must have good reading, writing, and speaking skills to effectively communicate with studios, managers, and co-workers.Math Ability:Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to develop and interpret charts.Reasoning Ability:Perform under pressure and/or opposition at times relying on your own independent judgment and knowledge to decide the best directions and solutions. While representing the company, the marketing coordinator will be required to determine answers to questions and situations which may be socially or politically volatile. Execution and communication of such solutions are often in the public eye.Computer Skills:Demonstrate advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite including, but not limited to Word, PPT, Excel, and Project.Supervisory Responsibilities:The Digital Product Director manages a team of business analysts, designers, and QA analysts.The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
