Oracle SaaS HCM Lead Techno-Functional Analyst in Juneau, Alaska
Job DescriptionPosition Overview:We are looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Consultant with overall 10 to 15 years of IT experience, including at least 7+ years of Fusion experience and remaining years of HCM/ERP domain experience in Oracle EBS. A good understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM version 12+ capabilities is required. We seek a Functional person with real-time hands-on functional/product and/or technical experience and/or experience with L3 level support.This position is for a Functional Support Professional, preferably with an implementation background in Oracle Cloud HCM Applications.Responsibilities include:Providing excellence in customer service support, diagnosis, replication, and resolving Functional issues of complex and critical service requests.Providing Customer Service on a Functional level to drive complete and total resolution of each issue reported.Responsible for customer production support, tracking incidents, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical cases.Advising on complex use of Oracle products and resolving highly complex and mission-critical issues.Serving as Situation Manager on sensitive issues and mentoring others.Creating/reviewing Knowledge Articles.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.Must have Skills:10+ years of relevant working experience with 7+ years in Fusion HCM/ERP and EBS HCM experience.Implementation/Support experience on Cloud HCM Modules like OTL, Payroll, Absence Management, Compensation, and Benefits.5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud implementation & support.Strong knowledge of HCM business processes and concepts.Technical skills in SQL, OTBI/BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows.Ability to debug issues related to payroll processing and time card processing.Excellent communication, project/stakeholder/team management skills.Must work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.Job Responsibilities:Troubleshooting and resolving highly complex techno-functional problems.Reading and deciphering software Log and Trace files to determine problem resolution.Conducting training and knowledge sharing sessions.Knowledge of external data integration services to load data into Oracle Fusion Applications.Knowledge on Security setup would be an added advantage.About Us:As a world leader in cloud solutions, Oracle uses tomorrow’s technology to tackle today’s problems.
