We are passionate about building brand loyalty with every customer through direct marketing campaigns.Business Development Trainee Responsibilities:Generate product and brand awareness through direct communication and sales techniquesIncrease brand awareness to the customers in an effort to increase service revenueMaintain a sound knowledge of products, promotions, sales, and service offeringsAttend mandatory training sessions and conference calls to become an expert on our brand and our clientsDrive and exceed sales goals through ensuring world-class brand experiencesEngage with customers, providing them with adequate product knowledge and service insightExecute hands-on promotions of client services directly to the consumer in person and close every saleIncrease sales revenue with creative direct marketing campaign executionBusiness Development Trainee Requirements:1-2 years experience in a customer-facing or sales positionEffective problem-solving, influence, and negotiation tacticsComfortable delivering presentations regularly and interacting with clients and customers on a daily basisAbility to multitask, and adapt to changing demands and shifting prioritiesPositive attitude and willingness to make a valuable contribution towards maintaining our culture for passion#LI-Onsite
