Description
Want to lead building products and technology that reshapes the shopping experience for everyday essential products for millions of customers across the world? Consumables Core Shopping Experience is looking for a seasoned Principal Product Manager - Tech who will lead products and services across key cross functional capabilities and features that will enhance and enrich the Consumables shopping experiences. This includes envisioning products that continue to make the experience simple, intuitive, engaging and good value for money. These initiatives will support millions of products and customers globally and need to be scalable. You will work closely with engineering teams to thread together and drive requirements and solutions across the Amazon eco-system. This will include building new services, new features, application of LLMs/Gen AI, and removing friction/defects from existing experiences.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience technical product management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
