Sales Counselor Responsibilities:
Assist with completion of all occupancy related reports and submit to the Sales Director in a timely fashion.
Attend weekly community marketing meetings as necessary.
Conduct tours of the community for prospective residents, health services professionals, social services professionals, etc.
Call or visit various referral sources on a routine basis as directed by the Sales Director including health services, social services, legal professionals, financial professionals, community organizations, and other community contacts.
Represent the community at various functions in the local area such as senior center luncheons, senior housing trade shows, health fairs, etc. as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Must be at least 21 years old.
Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Maintain any certifications as required by state or provincial regulations.
Meet state or provincial health related requirements.
