The ideal candidate must be a motivated self-starter with the initiative and drive to grow a thriving chiropractic practice. Prospective applicants should be able to treat and work with patients in a wide variety of services, including chiropractic care, physical therapy, and nutrition.Associate Chiropractor Job Duties:Establish a patient base and meet practice goals for new patients and service productionSchedule and attend practice building screening events with local businesses and organizationsReview, evaluate and prescribe testing and treatment plan for new patientsCo-manage patients with other practice physiciansAdminister chiropractic treatments and provide exceptional care to our guestsMeet weekly with practice physicians to plan and implement patient care plansRespond to patient calls, e-mails, and voicemails throughout the dayAuthor content for social media outlets, working in conjunction with the Marketing DirectorAssist with other projects as directedAssociate Chiropractor Skills and Qualifications:Training and Educational Requirements:Illinois Chiropractic License- currentMaintain current certifications and continuing education requirements during employmentCommitment to ongoing Chiropractic knowledge/trainingExperience in nutrition, acupuncture, or physical therapy is a plusOther required skills and qualifications include:Must be goal-oriented and driven to build a patient baseMust have exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to patient-centered carePrior experience in customer service or sales is a plusAble to respond to questions in a tactful and professional mannerMust be organized, systematic and detail orientedMust be able to multitask & thrive in a fast-paced medical officeAble to thrive in a team environment with little supervisionMust have high level of computer proficiency, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as good typing skillMust have experience with electronic medical recordsMust be in alignment with Functional Health, Chiropractic, and our work at Senara Health & Medical SpaMust have strong clinical knowledge baseMust regard & maintain patient confidentialitySenara offers paid, on-the-job training to all employees to learn our services and astonish our guests.
