A busy hospital is seeking an anesthesiologist for locum tenens coverage. In Onancock, VA, you can enjoy exploring the quaint historic district, taking scenic boat tours along Chesapeake Bay, and visiting nearby Chincoteague Island for its wild ponies and pristine beaches. The clinician will work with cases including General, Urology, GYN, Vascular, Ortho, OB, and Endo, with shift hours from 7am to 5pm and beeper call from 5pm to 7am. The schedule involves 1 week of coverage, Monday to Sunday, where the same MD covers both day shifts and call. Overtime is optional, and the call schedule includes beeper call from 5pm to 7am Monday to Friday, and 24-hour coverage on weekends. The EMR system used is EPIC.
