About the Role The Omnichannel Experience Strategy team defines and evolves the Old Navy omni vision and strategy, identifies and evaluates opportunities, and works closely with multiple cross-functional partners, including ecommerce, stores, marketing, production management, operations and merchandising to build omni capabilities and drive strategic initiatives from inception to execution. Through rigorous analyses, focus on our customers & competitors and creative thinking, you will be help drive critical projects to advance our strategic priorities, growth, and long-range plans through deep partnership with brand leaders and stakeholders across the company. What You'll Do

Support ON brand and channel strategy initiative identification, planning, and success. Activities include identifying key issues, structuring problems, developing and delivering on workplans that drive value creation across Old Navy; performing quantitative and qualitative analysis, including analyzing data, creating financial models, and conducting market and competitive research; synthesizing findings, developing a storyline and the supporting materials to communicate recommendations to Senior Management and Leadership TeamSupport cross functional business partners with analytical insights and problem solvingOwn work planning, hypotheses generation, issue identification, and analytical framework developmentWork with cross-functional partners to build consensus and drive omni-initiatives in support of the Old Navy brand and omni strategyWho You Are

Who you are:Preferred experience in management consulting or private equity, ideally in omni-channel retail; understanding of the landscape, key drivers and retail fundamentalsDemonstrated track record as an outstanding problem solver and strategic thinker with the ability to quickly identify key issues and develop hypothesesAble to translate complex ideas and dispersed information into simple, actionable recommendationsStrong analytical and financial modeling skills, with ability to oversee and provide direction to cross-functional; partners and/or more junior team membersSelf-starter and independent with willingness to “roll up your sleeves”; nimble and flexible with regards to changing priorities and business needs
