We’re part of a growing network of communities developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states—and growing.We are hiring a full-time Housekeeping Team Lead to support our Environmental Services Team.In this role you will support the Housekeeping Supervisor in providing leadership, direction, and guidance to the Housekeeping team.You will schedule daily work assignments, complete work orders, train new team members, and maintain the cleanliness and safety of all assigned areas.Full-time position:
7:30a-4:00pWeek 1 = Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, SaturdayWeek 2=Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday FridayCompensation:commensurate
with experience starting at $17.25/ hourHow you will make an impact:Providing leadership, direction, and support to the Housekeepers under the guidance of the Housekeeping Supervisor and Housekeeping ManagerMaintaining the cleanliness and safety of assigned areas.Completing assigned work orders and following a detailed scheduleMay be asked to assist with set-ups, requiring movement of furniture.Scheduling and supervising daily work assignmentsTraining, mentoring and coaching new employees.What we offer:Competitive benefits packages including medical, dental, vision, and PTO in accordance with applicable state law.401k for all employees 18 and over.
